Vegan Chocolate-Banana Crepes

Ingredients

Use gluten-free flour

Serves 10

  • 270 g cake flour, sieved
  • 500 ml Alpro Chocolate protein drink
  • 2 tbsp Alpro baking and frying, melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate spread
  • 1 banana, cut into slices

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake flour, Alpro Chocolate protein drink, melted Alpro baking and frying and vanilla essence.

Step 2

Mix using a whisk till no lumps are visible.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan with Alpro baking and frying or vegetable oil and add batter to cover the pan. Leave to cook for 2 minutes and turn. Bake till all the batter is done.

Step 4

Fill the pancakes with chocolate spread and banana.
