Banana pancake bites

Make it batter with Alpro Oat Drink!

Ingredients

  • 270ml Alpro Oat Drink / Alpro Oat Almond Drink
  • 150g oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 30g grated vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Whisk the Alpro Oat drink, oat flour and baking powder into a nice smooth batter, and leave it to sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the banana into slim slices - around 1cm is perfect Make mini banana sandwiches by sticking two slices together with a splodge of peanut butter and a little grated chocolate in between each one.
  3. Dip your little sandwiches in the pancake batter.
  4. Cook in a hot non-stick pan for around two minutes on each side or until they're golden brown.
  5. GET 'EM WHILE THEY'RE HOT. DIG IN!
