Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 40g walnuts
  • 1l Alpro Soya Unsweetened Drink
  • 40g spinach
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • A few extra basil leaves and walnuts

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into pieces.

  • Step 2

    Put all ingredients (kiwi, banana, walnuts, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Drink, spinach leaves, and basil) in a blender. Mix into a smooth texture.

  • Step 3

    Pour into glasses and finish with basil leaves and chopped walnuts.
