4 Weetabix
160g frozen fruits
250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
2 kiwi fruits, diced
Nuts and seed (approx. 2 tbsp)

4 Weetabix
160g frozen fruits
250g Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
2 kiwi fruits, diced
Nuts and seed (approx. 2 tbsp)
Preparation

Using a small saucepan, warm the blueberries until just defrosted and producing small amount of juice but still keeping their shape

Roughly break-up the Weetabix and add half to 2 kilner jars or glasses

Divide half of the berries in each jar then top with the half of the Alpro Plain No Sugars and all of the kiwi.

Repeat with another layer of Weetabix, berries and Alpro.

Top with flaked almonds or a mixture of nuts & seeds
