Apple and Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large red apple
  • 400g Alpro Greek Style Oat
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, or other nut butter

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Wash the apple and chop into small chunks. No need to peel.

  • Step 2

    Put the apple chunks into a non-stick pan with a tablespoonful of water.

  • Step 3

    Add the cinnamon and simmer gently on a low heat for 10 minutes or until the apple pieces are soft but not mushy. Drizzle in more water while you're cooking if it looks too dry

  • Step 4

    Split the Alpro Greek Style Oat between two bowls, spoon on the cooked apple, top with the toasted almond flakes and a dollop of peanut butter. Grab a spoon and dive right into that nutty, fruity, spicy creaminess!
