Fruity Crunchy Balls

Ingredients

  • 15g dessicated coconut + extra for decorating
  • 3 breakfast cereal bars
  • 2 tbsp Alpro Plant Protein red fruit
  • 70g raspberries
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 50g dark chocolate

Step 1

Line a tray or a large plate with baking paper. Then trow all the ingredients into a mixer and whizz until they come together in a blob.

Roll the mixture into bite-size balls, lay them out on the baking paper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes just to firm up while you…

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water. Then drizzle it over the balls and finish with a sprinkle of coconut.
