    Ingredients

    Serves 1

    • 45g rolled oats
    • 10g chia seeds
    • 200ml Alpro Soya No Sugars drink, plus extra to loosen before eating, if needed
    • 140g Alpro Greek Style Plain plant-based alternative to yogurt
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • Zest of one lemon
    • 30g blueberries
    • Optional: 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup

    Preparation

    • Step 1

      Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl and give it a good stir.

    • Step 2

      Store in an airtight jar or container.

    • Step 3

      Leave in the fridge overnight (or for at least an hour).
