Overnight Oat Tiramisu
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 400ml Alpro Oat drink
  • 150 g Alpro Greek Style oat + extra for topping
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6-8 ladies fingers biscuits
  • 4 espresso's
  • Unsweetened cacao powder

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 400ml Alpro Oat drink
  • 150 g Alpro Greek Style oat + extra for topping
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6-8 ladies fingers biscuits
  • 4 espresso's
  • Unsweetened cacao powder

Preparation

Mix together the oats, Alpro Oat drink, thick and creamy Alpro Greek Style Oat and maple syrup. Pop into the fridge and chill overnight.

Next morning, make 4 espressos and quickly dip the ladies' fingers into the coffee.

Layer half of them into the bottom of 4 large glasses or, uber cool, mason jars. Add a dusting of cocoa and a layer of the overnight oats. Repeat with another layer of the dipped biscuits, cocoa and oats, and finish with Alpro Greek style oat and cocoa powder on top.

Keep covered and chilled until you are ready to serve
