Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
- 35g Alpro Plain with Coconut alternative to yogurt
- 60g cooked quinoa trio / tricolour quinoa (a mix of red, black and white quinoa)
- 40g fresh strawberries
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 10g coconut flakes
- 2 sprigs of mint
Split the Alpro Plain with Coconut between two bowls.
Top each bowl with the cooked quinoa, half the strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter.
Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and finish with a sprig of mint.
Eat straight away and get your day off to a flying start!
