Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 35g Alpro Plain with Coconut alternative to yogurt
  • 60g cooked quinoa trio / tricolour quinoa (a mix of red, black and white quinoa)
  • 40g fresh strawberries
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 10g coconut flakes
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Split the Alpro Plain with Coconut between two bowls.

  • Step 2

    Top each bowl with the cooked quinoa, half the strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top and finish with a sprig of mint.

  • Step 4

    Eat straight away and get your day off to a flying start!
