Who knew? Cashews aren’t nuts at all. They’re the seeds of an exotic flowering tree. But with that delicately nutty taste, it’s easy to understand the confusion. Our own luxurious little ‘not nuts’ are grown in Africa and the organic ones in Vietnam. All that creaminess, and cashews still manage to be low in sugars, naturally low in saturated fats. No wonder we love them so much, nuts or not.
