Banana Chocolate Granola

Go loco for this banana choco-coco treat using Alpro Plain with Coconut

Ingredients

Gluten free? No problem, you can use a gluten free granola

To stop your bananas turning brown, sprinkle with a little lime or lemon juice.

Serves 4

  • 60g Chocolate (70%)
  • 12 Tbsp Granola
  • 2 banana
  • 1 l Alpro Plain with Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Grate the chocolate and chop the bananas.

Step 2

Divide the Alpro Plain with Coconut between four bowls

Step 3

Top with the granola, banana and shredded chocolate.

Step 4

Dip in and enjoy!
