400 g Alpro Soja Joghurtalternative Natur Ohne Zucker | 100 g gefrorene Bananen | 20 g Blaubeeren | SECTION|Toppings | 10 g essbare Blüten | 100 g Bananen | 20 g Blaubeeren

Vorbereitung

1. Alpro Natur ohne Zucker, Blaubeeren und Bananen in einem Mixer cremig mixen. 2. Die Masse in eine Schale füllen und mit Blaubeeren, Banane und Blüten toppen.

Pimp your porridge with apple, blackberries and Alpro Oat Unsweetened Drink

"1l Alpro Oat Unsweetened 
160g porridge oats (quick cooking) 
2 eating apples 
250g blackberries 
4 tbsp shelled pistachio nuts (optional)"

"1.	Core and thinly slice the apples. 
2.	Pop in a pan along with the Alpro Oat Unsweetened and the porridge oats.
3.	Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Keep stirring for around three minutes until it’s nice and thick and smooth. 
4.	Spoon into four breakfast bowls and top with the blackberries, pistachio nuts if you like them, and an extra splash of Alpro Oat Unsweetened. Ready in a flash and packed with oaty, fruity goodness!"
