Marrokanischer Avocado Smoothie

Mit dem Mandeldrink von Alpro

Zutaten

  • 2 Medjool-Datteln
  • 500 ml Alpro Mandeldrink
  • 1/2 reife Avocado
  • 1 EL gehackte Mandeln

Vorbereitung

  1. Die Datteln 30 Minuten lang in kochendem Wasser einweichen.
  2. Die Datteln mit dem Alpro Mandeldrink in einem leistungsstarken Mixer pürieren, bis sie glatt sind. Die Avocado hinzugeben und erneut mixen.
  3. In Gläser füllen und mit gehackten Mandeln garnieren.
