Gemacht mit dem Alpro Soya High Protein Drink 50g

Zutaten

  • 1/2 Tasse Haferflocken
  • 1 Teelöffel Chia Samen
  • 1 Teelöffel Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanillegeschmack
  • 3/4 Tasse Alpro Proteindrink Soya
  • 1 Teelöffel Ahornsirup

Toppings:

  • Erbeeren
  • Blaubeeren

Vorbereitung

  1. Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanillegeschmack
  2. Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanillegeschmack, Alpro Proteindrink Soya und Ahornsirup hinzufügen
  3. Gut mischen, abdecken und über Nacht aufbewahren.
  4. Mit frischem Obst und extra Alpro High Protein Pudding Vanillegeschmack garnieren

Pimp your porridge with apple, blackberries and Alpro Oat Unsweetened Drink

"1l Alpro Oat Unsweetened 
160g porridge oats (quick cooking) 
2 eating apples 
250g blackberries 
4 tbsp shelled pistachio nuts (optional)"

"1.	Core and thinly slice the apples. 
2.	Pop in a pan along with the Alpro Oat Unsweetened and the porridge oats.
3.	Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Keep stirring for around three minutes until it’s nice and thick and smooth. 
4.	Spoon into four breakfast bowls and top with the blackberries, pistachio nuts if you like them, and an extra splash of Alpro Oat Unsweetened. Ready in a flash and packed with oaty, fruity goodness!"
