Oat pancakes

Oat-so-tasty pancakes made with Alpro Oat drink

4 portions


60g plain flour

45g oats

1 tbsp brown sugar

1½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

180ml Alpro Oat drink or Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 egg (or egg replacer)

1. Place all the ingredients, including the Alpro Oat, in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium to high heat.
3. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 50-60ml of the batter mix for each pancake.
4.Brown on both sides and serve hot. Oat-so-tasty!

1. Oats & baking powder: check the packaging to ensure they are gluten free. 2. Replace the Alpro Oat with Alpro Almond or another of our delicious drinks. 3. Replace the standard flour with gluten free flour.
