Zutaten

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 500ml Alpro Barista Haferdrink
  • 1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker
  • 1 Tasse Espresso
  • Eiswürfel

Vorbereitung

  1. Avocado und Alpro Barista Haferdrink mit einem Stabmixer in einem hohen Gefäss aufschlagen, bis es schöncremigist.
  2. Einige Eiswürfel in ein Glas geben und die Vanilleessenz hinzufügen.
  3. Die Avocadozubereitung über das Eis gießen und mit einem frisch gebrühten Espresso auffüllen.
  4. Einfach genießen!
