Overnight Oats

Zutaten

  • 1/3 Tasse Haferflocken
  • 1/2 Tasse Alpro Haferdrink
  • 1/3 Tasse Alpro Soja-Joghurtalternative Natur
  • 1/2 Banane
  • Prise Salz
  • Eine Prise Zimt
  • Frisches Obst, geröstete Nüsse oder Kerne als Topping

Vorbereitung

  1. Verrühre einfach alle Zutaten (außer deinen Toppings) in deiner Lieblingsschüssel.
  2. Stell das Ganze über Nacht in den Kühlschrank und lasse die Magie geschehen.
  3. Morgens toppst du deine Overnight Oats womit du magst - mit frischem Obst, gerösteten Nüssen oder Kernen, Kakaonibs usw.
  4. Voila! Das Frühstück, das immer für Sie da ist.

Buck up your taste buds with buckwheat & banana pancakes using Alpro Coconut Drink

"For the pancakes:
200ml Alpro Plain with Coconut 
100-150ml Alpro Coconut Drink
250g buckwheat flour
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut or groundnut oil, or Alpro Margarine for Baking and Frying

Toppings:
12 tbsp Alpro Plain with Coconut 
8 tbsp pomegranate seeds
4 tbsp chia seeds (optional)"

"1. Why wait for Pancake Day! Mix the buckwheat flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl, mash the banana and mix with the Alpro Plain with Coconut and the Coconut Drink . 
2. Combine the wet and dry mixtures and blend until you have a nice, smooth batter. If it’s too thick, just splosh in a little more Coconut Drink.
3. Next, heat up some coconut oil on a medium heat. Ladle around 3 tbsp of batter into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip over and cook for another 2 minutes. Carry on until you’ve used all your batter.
4. Serve topped with the Alpro Plain with Coconut and pomegranate seeds. Chia seeds, too, if you like. Breakfast, dessert, snack – make these any time you feel like a yummy plateful of plant-based goodness!"

Oat-so-tasty oat pancakes made with Alpro Oat Drink will have them coming back for more!

"The batter:
60g plain flour 
45g oats, quick cooking
1 tbsp caster sugar 
1½ tsp baking powder 
½ tsp salt 
180ml Alpro Oat Drink 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tbsp vegetable oil 
1 egg
A little extra oil for cooking
Topping: Warm fruit compote or whatever you fancy!"

"1.	Pop all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and whizz until you have a nice, smooth, batter.
2.	Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over a medium high heat. 
3.	Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. 
4.	Brown on both sides and serve hot with a warm fruit compote and maybe a dollop of plant-based creaminess. Oat-so-tasty!"

"1 l Alpro Plain with Coconut 
2 bananas
12 tbsp Granola
60g chocolate (70% cacao)"

"1.	Grate the chocolate and chop the bananas.
2.	Divide the Alpro Plain with Coconut between four bowls 
3.	Top with the granola, banana and shredded chocolate.
4.	Dip in and enjoy!"

Cinnamon/Raisin/Chocolate 

 

Zutaten: 

450 ml Alpro Sojadrink Ohne Zucker  

400 g Mehl Typ 405 

100 g Mehl Typ 1050 

Prise Salz 

1 Pk. Trockenhefe 

3 EL Sonnenblumenöl[Text Wrapping Break] 

Komponenten: 

Cinnamon: 1/2 TL Zimt gemahlen oder 

Raisin: 1 EL Rosinen oder 

Chocolate: 1 EL Kakaonibs ohne Zucker 

 

Zubereitung: 

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und zu einem Teig verarbeiten. 2 Stunden ruhen lassen und zu gleichen Teilen ausstechen. Mit Sojadrink bestreichen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad 15–20 Minuten backen. Warme Brötchen mit Sojadrink bestreichen.

Blueberry[Text Wrapping Break] 

Zutaten: 

 

Teig: 

250 g Dinkelmehl[Text Wrapping Break]3/4 TL Backpulver 

3/4 TL Natron[Text Wrapping Break]1/2 TL Salz 

110ml Alpro Sojadrink Ohne Zucker[Text Wrapping Break]1 Zitrone 

2 große Bananen 

 

Frosting: 

200 g Cashewkerne[Text Wrapping Break]200 g veganer Frischkäse 

1 Zitrone 

 

Einfärben: 

Lebensmittelfarbe Eat Rainbow Bio 

 

Toppings: 

Blaubeeren 

 

Zubereitung: 

Dinkelmehl, Natron, Salz und Backpulver vermengen. Sojadrink und Zitronensaft mischen und zum Dinkelmehl-Mix dazugeben. Nach Belieben einfärben. Backofen auf 180 Grad erhitzen. Teig in Muffinformen geben und 20–25 Minuten backen. Für das Frosting Cashewkerne 30 Minuten einweichen und mit restlichen Zutaten im Mixer vermengen. Danach Einfärben und nach Belieben auf Muffins anrichten.
