Oat Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

For best results use an electric whisk. Enjoy as a treat.

Serves 2

  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar 
  • 2 tbsp boiling water 
  • 2 tbsp good quality instant coffee
  • Alpro Oat Barista to nearly fill your glass
  • Ice
  • Plant-based cocoa powder for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Add the sugar, coffee and water to a large bowl and whisk until thick and fluffy. You can do this by hand, but it is recommended to use an electric whisk. 

Step 2

Pour the Alpro Oat Barista over the ice in a tall glass and top with a few spoonful’s of the coffee mixture. Dust with the cocoa to finish.
