Strawberry Matcha Latte​

Ingredients

  • 2gr Matcha Powder (high quality)
  • 30 ml Water (80°C)
  • 4gr Beetroot powder
  • 200ml Alpro Barista Coconut
  • 10ml Strawberry Syrup

Preparation

  1. Steam the Alpro Barista Coconut, strawberry syrup and pour into a glass.
  2. Whisk the matcha powder and the water until uniform for max. 30 seconds.
  3. Once the foam of the coconut has settled, slowly pour the matcha through the foam.
